District 8 announces playoff schedule in basketball and volleyball (JR/SR)

d8logoWATERLOO REGION (January, 20, 2014) – District 8 Athletic Association has released its 2014 playoff schedule for basketball and volleyball in both the junior and senior categories.

Playoffs in all four leagues will commence on Wednesday, February 5th with quarterfinal action culminating with the District 8 Championships on February 12th and 14th. Volleyball will crown its champion on Wednesday, February 12th while basketball will hold its championship evening on Friday, February 14th. The junior championship will go at 6pm while the senior championship will kick off at 8pm for both sports. The highest senior seed from each sport will host the event.
