WATERLOO REGION (June 27, 2023) – On Tuesday, District 8 announced the all-star teams for the boys’ and girls’ slo-pitch seasons which each featured six teams since the leagues began in the Spring of 2016. WATERLOO REGION (June 26, 2023) – District 8 announced their all-star roster from the varsity girls’ soccer season on Monday with Resurrection’s Alicia McMurren named as the league’s most valuable player.   The grade 12 midfielder helped the Phoenix to their first soccer title since the 2015-16 season.
