Given the announcement by the provincial government to pivot students to remote learning, and with the temporary closure of community recreation facilities, the District 8 competition schedule will be further paused until at least January 21, 2022.

Once students are able to return to the physical classroom, it is our goal and intent that the District 8 Winter competition schedule will be re-implemented with possible scheduling modifications to ensure a completion to our season. The first priority while pursuing this will be the health and safety of our student-athletes, teacher-coaches, officials and broad community.
